Contemplation of Marriage

This clause is optional and can be included in your Will if you are contemplating marriage or marriage is a possibility in the future. Marriage revokes a Will unless the Will is made in contemplation of marriage. This clause ensures your Will remains in effect after your marriage. You can choose to make the Will dependent on the marriage taking place or whether the Will is to apply regardless of whether you marry.
