- Convenient Meetings. Offered at a variety of locations and through a range of mediums. You can meet with your adviser face-to-face, online via Skype or Zoom meetings, and through telephone conferences. This enables you to benefit from the information provided by your adviser during regular reviews of your financial position, keeping you on track.
- Information the way you understand it. We recognise that each client is different, whether you’re a pictures & whiteboards person or relish graphs & details we provide information in the way you understand it best.
- Hands-on or in the hands of professionals. We give you the tools to be as active as you choose however if you’re like most of our clients - time poor, raising a family or simply glaze over at the mention of spreadsheets and financial jargon - we also have the service for you.
- As your situation changes so do we. We offer a variety of packages based on your individual circumstances. Everything from just starting on your journey, to tax effective planning for multiple investments and family offices for managing generational wealth.
- Making it easy. All of your information in one place, less emails, less letters. Through our Website and App (iOS & Android) you can see your whole financial picture, receive updates and reminders for to-do items, access regular reporting, sign off on documents, share your information with professionals and easily access all your important files.
Our Process Snapshot
Pre-Meeting discussion (10-15 minutes)
This is a quick call to introduce your Adviser and for us to get an idea of your financial circumstances, needs and goals. Depending on the scope of our discussion we will supply you with a short checklist of items to provide prior to our first meeting in order to get the most out of our time together.
First Meeting (1 to 1.5 hours)
In this meeting we find out all about you, not just the numbers and details, but about your goals, motivations and aspirations. It is also your opportunity to find out all about us. We have an open and honest conversation around where you stand today and identify strategies to help you move forward on the path of success.
Provided we are a good fit for each other, we will put everything on the table and discuss timeframes, hours and fees involved to get you up and running. We offer both fixed price and hourly packages.
We would love to meet with you in our Sydney offices however if that’s not an option for you due to your location and circumstance, we can easily meet via video or phone conference. There is also scope for meeting at your place of business or residence depending on individual situations. Please send us an enquiry for further details.
Knowledge & Workshop Meeting (1 to 1.5 hours)
Based on all of your information, we now have a more complete picture of both your qualitative and quantitative standings. In this meeting we work through your key issues, the foundations of good financial management, the “what if?” scenarios, and make sure we are on the same page from day one when developing your tailored financial plan.
Developing your Advice & Strategy (1 to 2 weeks)
During this time we will review all of your current structures, superannuation, investments and policies. We will continue to keep you updated as we compare your current set up to the open market and collect any further information needed as we progress. Once we have a clear picture of all your moving parts we will finalise your tailored plan to provide you with the most effective strategy and structure possible.
Present Your Financial Plan (1 to 1.5 hours)
At FWM we want to keep your advice clear and concise. During our meeting we will recap on your goals and needs for the future, discuss your current position, demonstrate the intricate level of research conducted, and explain the recommendations and strategies proposed to improve you financial situation.
Implementing your Plan
Congratulations you have successfully outsourced your paperwork! Your FWM adviser will take the time to assist you completing any paperwork required.
Setting up your Client Portal
Once we have completed your initial financial planning work we take you through the set up process to in order to make your financial life easier. Ongoing Advice Service
Everyone has different requirements for staying on track. This can range from an annual review to frequent meetings throughout the financial year to proactively manage your situation.
